At Bright Kids 175D, this year's Children’s Day was celebrated in true Grand Prix style with our theme The Big Race! Inspired by the excitement of the Singapore Grand Prix weekend, our children enjoyed a day of racing-themed activities that combined fun, teamwork, and learning.
Starting on the Podium
The celebration began with children dressed in their racing best — jumpsuits, caps, sunglasses and big smiles. They posed proudly on the podium at our themed photo booth, soaking in the atmosphere of being real race drivers. This set the tone for the day: energetic, playful and full of cheers!

Bean Bag Toss
In this activity, children tested their coordination and aiming skills by tossing bean bags through holes to score points. With every successful throw, their friends clapped and encouraged them on. It was a simple yet exciting way for children to practise hand-eye coordination while also learning to cheer on their peers.

Race To The Prize!
Next up was a favourite for many of our children. Rolling toy cars down a colourful racing track to land on a prize card. The children’s faces lit up with anticipation as they tried to guide their cars towards the prizes they had their eyes on. This activity encouraged focus, prediction and a little bit of luck, making it both playful and engaging.

Racing Relay
The energy soared during the relay challenge! Children teamed up to hop in jumping sacks, roll tires, and stack cups as quickly as possible. It wasn’t just about speed — the relay required teamwork, balance, and lots of laughter along the way. Children actively cheered for their friends during the relay.
Swivel Car Racing
The highlight of our celebration was definitely the Swivel Car Racing! Children took their seats, gripped the handles, and zoomed across the floor, racing their friends in true F1 fashion. Beyond the fun, swivel car racing helped the children practise gross motor coordination and gave them a wonderful sense of independence. A huge thank you to our Bright Kids 175D parents for loaning their Swivel cars so that we can make this happen.

A Celebration to Remember
Children’s Day 2025 at Bright Kids Blk 175D was more than just fun and games. It was a celebration of childhood, community, and learning through play. The Big Race theme gave our children the chance to experience excitement, teamwork and resilience, all while creating memories that will stay with them for years to come.
At Bright Kids, every celebration is an opportunity for children to grow — and this year’s Children’s Day was truly one to remember.
